Using my unique Holistic Life Coach approach, I’ll help you clear the clutter in your life (both conscious and unconscious) and create a sustainable wellness plan that helps you achieve your goals and moves you towards balance – whatever that looks like for you.

As part of my holistic life coaching model, I use a range of healing modalities to enable you to process and release limiting beliefs, past grievances and negative emotions. The result means you’re empowered to create lasting, sustainable and meaningful change in your life.

We’ll work together towards optimal wellbeing within each aspect of self; mental (mind), emotional (heart), physical (body) & spiritual (spirit). 

Holistic life coaching is about addressing the whole-person, removing the barriers and achieving a balanced, sustainable personalised plan to support you creating a life on your terms.

What is a Holistic Life Coach?

A traditional life coach says “where are you now, where do you want to be, I’ll help you close the gap”.

A therapist says “let’s identify and discuss the traumas that have stopped you from being your authentic self”.

The Holistic Life Coach says “where are you now and what are the negative emotions and limiting beliefs that have held you back? I’ll help you release them AND get you to where you want to be through a personalised plan and support along the way”.

This is done by simultaneously addressing the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual body systems. As they are all interconnected and effect one another; finding balance in each system will support and enhance overall wellbeing.

Emotional System

Your feelings and emotions, both conscious and unconscious; these include your relationships with yourself and with others.

Mental System

Your thought life is the way you view the world; your beliefs, your self-perception and thought patterns.

Physical System

Your connection to your physical health as well as the tangible things you have in your life.

Spiritual System

Your authentic self includes connection to yourself, your personal development, your community and perhaps to a higher power.

The Holistic Life Coach NZ Toolkit

Through Holistic Life Coaching, I draw on a range of healing modalities and tools that address imbalances and support you achieving your goals in each of the four body systems.

Some tools and modalities we’ll work with together, other’s you’ll utilise in a self-led format with my guidance in between personal life coaching sessions. Some examples are:

ECM

A technique that stimulates neural pathways to release negative thought patterns, negative emotions and limiting beliefs on both the conscious and unconscious levels.

Reiki

A gentle, vibrational and hands-on healing practice that promotes relaxation and self-healing while reducing stress and anxiety through gentle touch.

Reframing Technique

The process of identifying then adjusting the way certain situations, experiences, ideas, and/or emotions are viewed; as when our thoughts change so do our beliefs and our behaviours.

Self-Care Plan

An individualised plan focused on recharging your wellbeing and creating new habits through clear and achievable goal setting.
